  • Learn to bake sponges for cakes with a variety of methods.
  • Basic Cupcakes & Muffins
  • Gourmet Cupcakes & Muffins : centre filled , exotic toppings, variety of presentations
  • Tea cakes : healthy options will be taught as well
  • Learn A-Z of whipped cream cakes. All about whipping cream, torting cakes, layering, various fillings, giving a variety of flavors to cream cakes & whipped cream Icing and its techniques.
  • Learn to make the perfect pastries with glazing gels and all about glazing gels .
  • Advanced level Tiered cake construction .
  • 3D standing cakes
  • All about Fondant cakes : Make your own Fondant, buttercream icing, usage of Russian nozzles , draping a cake with fondant.
    • 2D& 3D Figurine modeling on cupcakes and cakes
    • Full fondant cake art mastery will be taught
  • Brownies : From cakey to fudgy brownies all will taught to you in different ways
  • Wafer paper flower making will be included as well.
  • Air brushing technique

Cheese cakes

  • As we all know, cheesecakes is all about 3 components, the crust , the filling and the topping. Learn from scratch to knowing how to effectively price your cakes.
  • Baked and no bake cheesecakes will be taught with a wide variety of flavours.

Tarts & Pies

  • Learn a variety of sweet and savoury tarts and pies from around the world. Enough to open your own cafeteria.
  • Fillings with veg & nonveg options will be explored as well.

  • Make your own dough with hand & machine

  • Artisanal breads will be taught as well

Cookies

  • Hands on sessions for all cookies class .no mistakes allowed, right from sizing to baking to cooling and storing and selling your cookies off. Basic level cookies 10 typeswill be taught
  • Advanced Gourmet cookies with centre fillings will be taught as well.
  • Royal icing cooking will be taught with different methods .

Puff pastry

  • A chef is not complete without knowing the right skills to make some laminated dough and a variety of items with it.
  • Learn to make your own laminated dough .
  • Wide variety of applications like patties , twisters, cheese straws , turn overs , sweet options like cream rolls will be taught as well.
  • Croissants will be taught as well

Chocolate making

  • Learn to make your own chocolates , bon bons, garnishes from beginner to advanced level.

  • Soups, Starters, main course dishes,Veg Hakka/Pan Fried Noodles/ChopSuey,Veg/NV Fried Rice

South Indian

  • Learn proper south Indian variety of foods , learning tomake yor own batters as well.

Mughlai Food

  • Starters and kebabs like falalfels , shammi kebabs, hara bhara kebabs etc.
  • Mutton/Chicken starters & main course dishes will be taught
  • Fish dishes will be taught along with handling .
