1 Month Bakery Course

Duration: 1 month

 3 Days a week; 12 classes of 4 hrs each

FEE: 18,000/- + 3000/- Registration + Basic kit 

  • Learn to bake from the scratch to baking like a professional with various icings, chocolate decorations and cake décor .
  • All material for the entire course will be provided by us.
  • Printed recipe booklets will be given.
  • All sessions are 100% hands on sessions.
  • Certificate will be given at the end of the course.

 

  • Bakery Course Includes
    • Basic Cakes & Cupcakes
      • Learn to bake a perfect sponge cake .
      • OTG/ Microwave cakes both will be taught
      • Learn to bake perfectly risen cupcakes with flavors.
      • Eggless & Egg ,both varieties will be taught.
      • Learn about the science behind baking in our theory sessions.
    • Cakes decoration with Whipped Cream
      • Learn to use piping bags the correct way.
      • Different piping techniques with a variety of nozzles will be taught.
      • Two toned piping techniques to be taught in class.

 

  • Cakes Décor with Italian Buttercream
    • Learn to make your own Italian Buttercream.
    • Crumb coating the cake with Italian buttercream.
    • Decoration techniques using Buttercream will be taught.

 

  • Chocolate decorations
    • Theory about chocolates will be given in details.
    • Learn the correct way to temper the chocolate and melt your chocolate.
    • Learn a variety of chocolate decorations using transfer sheets, structure sheets, OHP & butter paper.
    • Around 15 chocolate decorations will be taught.

 

  • Cookies
    • Theory about cookie making will be taught as well.
    • Basics of cookies to be taught.
    • Make your own cookie batters and bake your own lot.
    • Minimum 10 varieties of cookies to be taught.

 

  • Breads
    • Full detailed knowledge about breads.
    • Learn to knead your bread dough.
    • Learn a variety of baked bread snacks
    • Shaping techniques to be taught.
