What you learn In this course :
Day 1:
- 2D cupcake toppers theme based
- Bases and sponges used for fondant cakes + effective pricing techniques for cakes
- Perfect Ganache ratios to be used and it’s preparation
Day 2:
- Perfection in ganaching the cakes and freezing them
- Make a 3D topper theme based human figure
- Italian & American buttercream demo and its usage
- Complete cupcakes with toppers
Day 3:
- Usage of plungers cutters for making a boutique style cake
- Every student to complete draping fondant over the cake and complete the design
- Usage of appropriate & minimal tools
Day 4&5:
- Learn to make a 3D flower pot cake from scratch
- Students to pre bake their sponges cool them , usage of correct dowelling techniques
- Complete the cake on day 2
- Prepare sponges for tiered cakes
Day 6& 7 :
- Flavoured whipping cream prep for tiered cakes construction
- Usage of wafer paper décor
- Complete a full two tiered tall tall on the last day
- Make a mermaid topper in 30-45 mins timed for perfection
- Package tiered cakes in a proper way
